We are a family-owned and operated business with decades of experience in animal care. East Side Pet Ranch brings the same rigorous, scientifically-grounded, and positive care philosophy we've developed and refined over the years to East Austin. Since opening in 2020, we have committed ourselves to providing the highest quality animal care in a positive, welcoming, and secure environment, and our mission is to apply best-practices derived from the rapidly advancing field of canine science. Our animal assessment and care procedures have been designed by our founder, Dr. Poling, DVM, drawing on his decades of experience in animal care.

Monday-Friday: 7:00am - 6:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am - 2:30pm
Boarding Hours:
Monday-Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am - 2:30pm
HOLIDAY HOURS:
We are closed to the public on the following days:
New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Our lobby closes at 3pm for the following holidays: December 23rd, New Year's Eve.
Our lobby opens at 9am for the following holidays: Black Friday, December 26th, January 2nd.

Memorial Day weekend is one of our busiest times of the year, and boarding space fills up quickly! If you’re planning to travel or have a full weekend ahead, now is the perfect time to secure your pup’s stay with us.
At East Side Pet Ranch, your pet will enjoy a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment while you’re away. From supervised playgroups and spacious yards to cozy accommodations and plenty of one-on-one attention, we’re here to make their stay feel like a vacation of their own.
Availability is limited and reservations are already filling up, so we highly recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure your pet has a spot.

Memorial Day Closure Notice 🇺🇸🐾
In observance of Memorial Day, East Side Pet Ranch will be closed for all daycare, boarding drop-offs, and pick-ups. This allows our team time to pause, reflect, and spend the holiday with their families.
All pets currently boarding with us will continue to receive their normal care, including feeding, cleaning, playtime, and plenty of love from our staff throughout the day.
We will resume normal business hours the following day:

• Boarding: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Daycare: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are planning a stay around the holiday, we recommend booking in advance as spots tend to fill quickly.
